Stay accountable and motivated with small group training, where you get the energy of a group with the benefits of personalized coaching. These 45-minute, low-impact resistance workouts help you build strength and endurance at your own pace, with modifications for all fitness levels.

All small group classes are held outdoors and are subject to permitting weather. If a session is canceled due to weather, you will receive a notification with rescheduling options and/or reimbursement.

    4-Class Plan: $55/month ($13.75 per class)

    8-Class Plan: $100/month ($12.50 per class)

    Monthly memberships include unlimited access to the on-demand workout library.

    Want a customized experience with a group of friends, family, or colleagues? Private small group training offers personalized coaching tailored to your group’s goals, all while keeping workouts fun and engaging with high-energy music and expert guidance.

    Pricing – Monthly Membership (Per Person):

    1x per week (4 classes): $55/month ($13.75 per class)

    2x per week (8 classes): $100/month ($12.50 per class)

    3x per week (12 classes): $135/month ($11.25 per class)

    Includes unlimited access to the on-demand workout library.
