Founded by former D1 athlete Maddie Weber, Habit was born from a journey to redefine strength. After a soccer scholarship at Clemson and a career cut short by injuries, Maddie reimagined strength training for herself—and now for you. Drawing from years of elite training and a deep understanding of recovery, she designed a method grounded in intention, accessibility, and low-impact movement.
What started as a personal solution became a philosophy worth sharing: you don’t have to train like an athlete to feel strong like one. Habit Fitness is for the everyday woman who wants to move, build muscle, and feel confident, free from the pressure of someone else’s fitness mold.
