One-on-One Strength Training

Custom 60-minute low impact resistance training workouts, tailored to you.

Available in person in the Greenville-Spartanburg area or virtual.

Low-impact and adaptable.

Dynamic, low-impact strength workouts designed for small groups of 2 to 10 women, available in-person (Greenville-Spartanburg, SC) or online.

Train alongside friends or like-minded women in a supportive environment. Workouts are designed for all fitness levels, with personalized modifications to ensure everyone gets the most out of each session.

Small Group Training

Want a plan you can follow on your own without ongoing coaching? Choose a one-time custom program designed by Maddie to fit your goals, schedule, and available equipment. No check-ins or additional contact, just a clear, structured plan you can start right away.

Rates:

  • 4-week program: $60 (one-time)

  • 8-week program: $100 (one-time)
